So from the very beginning...

I was born in a beautiful small town lost in the Ural mountains.

Twenty two years later I graduated from the university in St. Petersburg with a degree of a Foreign Affairs specialist.

Prague became my second home in 2008 when I moved here from  St.Petersburg, Russia together with my family.

And here is how it happened...

After 6 years of living in St. Petersburg I realised that although it's one of the most magnificent cities in the world, it was not the place for me. I wanted to find a new home. One friend of ours once asked me "Why not Prague?" Hmmm...

So I came to Prague for vacation and the last I called my mom with words: " Mom, sell everything. We're moving".  I simply fall in love with the city, it was exactly what I was looking for.
In three months me and my mom managed to sell our apartment, get a mortgage remotely for the apartment we haven't seen, hired two

guys with the old track, put all our belongings into it, put our two dogs and three cats into the small car Chery Sweet (yes, such car exists) and went on a 6 days journey from my home town to Prague with a stop in St. Petersburg to pick up my stuff...

I'm going to skip all the fun of the journey we faced, like lost exhaust stack, me and my mom lost in Warsaw with no cash or mobile connection, etc. But we made it! Apartment was exactly as we wanted and soon my sister with her 1.5 year old son joined us here. A new chapter of our life started.

Those who are familiar with the difficulties of immigrants could imagine our first 5 years in the foreign country. Those were not easy. In addition to that the tragedy in the family back in Russia caused my sister to leave Czech Republic to go back there to resolve the situation. It took unexpectedly long and my sister lost Czech visa. She had to stay in Russia while her son stayed here with us.

Sad part of the story is over... my sister met a man, they got married and have another adorable son. My nephew here is growing into an active and smart young man who is seriously playing tennis and bringing mainly excellent marks from the school. Me and my mom ... well ... our dreams are coming true: we started our own business and after 7 years that I spent in one of the best American companies, I decided to fully dedicate myself to the amazing world of real estate.

Why real estate? I just love it.

Why? Well, what do you feel when someone says Home? I feel warmth of family, smell of a dinner, see the joy of the dog in the yard. I want to be part of it, I want to bring this happiness to people.

A small secret: I love it so much that I am collecting small handmade houses. But shhhh!

Oh, forgot to mention one more passion: me and my family, we love animals, especially dogs. My whole childhood I grew up with pets in the family, most of them were saved from the cold Russian streets. 5 of them we brought with us when we moved here.

When our beloved doggy has passed away in her 15 years, our second dog felt very lonely. And we felt that our house became empty.

So we decided to adopt another dog. We wanted a dog that urgently needed a loving family. And we found one: she was 8 years old and for 6 (!) years was waiting for her luck in the shelter. We drove 3.5 hours one way with my whole family to take her. Funny thing is that the affectionate diminutive version of her name Sany in Russian is Sanechka – that’s the way my mom calls me (Alexandra -> Sasha -> Sanja -> Sanechka).

She is not our last adopted dog. If I can make the world better, that’s my way to do it.

That is my story. It is a happy end story (or rather beginning) as I live my dream and want to share it with others. I want everyone to live their dreams.
